Akari-Lisa Ishii and Motoko Ishii carried a special light-up of the Eiffel Tower on September 13 and 14, 2018. The highlight event of the "Japonismes 2018" celebration, this 10-minute light and sound show delighted a large and enthusiastic audience during these two evenings.
A huge success for this highly publicized event relayed around the world.
The Crown Prince of Japan turned on this grand scenario specially designed around the themes of "liberty, beauty, diversity" and including, among others, the projection of Japanese national treasures. By superimposing elements of Japanese culture on a Parisian monument, the Designers wished to create a luminous art work on the Eiffel Tower, to express the beauties of Japan.
The original soundtrack, composed for the occasion, reinforced the synergy of the ensemble and completely immersed the spectators at the Trocadero.
